Welcome

Welcome to our site which we hope you will find helpful and informative as you search for a home in Spain.

Here in the south of Catalunya, property prices in the coastal strip are still reasonable, but the real value is to be found a** PLEASE DESCRIBE THIS IMAGE **little way inland. Property prices generally in Spain stabilised in 2007 and fell through 2008, but the rural properties which are our main area of activity have suffered less than the urban areas where there was a massive over-development of flats over the last two years.

As you will see from the 'Properties for Sale' page, we offer a wide range of properties, but we also offer services to help you to buy with confidence, and to enjoy trouble free ownership after your purchase.

Please look through our site by clicking the link buttons at the top and bottom of page, and do contact us for information and assistance with any aspect of the property buying process.

Our property for sale pages are updated regularly, so except where a sale has been agreed in the last few days, you may be confident that the properties offered are indeed available for you to see an buy.

Why Catalunya?

For many, Catalunya embodies the real Spain. In the south, around the Ebre Delta, the coast is not heavily built up, and small coastal ** PLEASE DESCRIBE THIS IMAGE **towns like St Carles de la Rapita, L'Ampolla and L'Ametlla de Mar are stylish small resorts with many bars and restaurants, and as well as traditional fishing ports they offer Marina facilities for yachting and motor boating. Inland the area is largely agricultural, with olives, oranges and almonds the principal crops. The area has bustling towns like Tortosa and Amposta as well as traditional Spanish villages. The roads are quiet, even the AP7 toll road is a joy to use. If the mood takes you, there are beaches where you can drive on the sand for many kilometres, and stop to swim with no-one on either side for a hundred metres.

The photo above shows the car ferry at Miravet, which crosses the Ebre and interestingly moves only by the flow of the river-no engine!
