 Welcome

Welcome to our site which we hope you will find helpful and informative as you search for a home in Spain.

Here in the south of Catalunya, property prices in the coastal strip are still reasonable, but the real value is to be found a little way inland. Property prices stabilised in 2007, but the rural properties which are our main area of activity, have not suffered the falls caused by the massive overdevelopment of flats in urban areas.

A word of caution. Do not be fooled by those who tell you there are two levels of price-one 'direct from Spanish owners' and another for foreign buyers. Most of our vendors are Spanish, and there is only one market-the best price available balanced against the vendors desire or need to sell!

As you will see from the 'Properties For Sale' page, we offer a wide range of properties in all price ranges, but we also offer services to help you to buy, and if you are intending to use your home for holidays only, we can arrange full maintenance whilst you are absent, so as to ensure hassle free visits every time.

Please look through our site by clicking the links at the top and bottom of each page, and do contact us for information and assistance with any aspect of the property buying process.

Our Property for Sale pages are updated regularly so except where sales have been agreed in the last few days, you may be confident that the properties offered are indeed available for you to see and buy.

Why Catalunya?

For many, Catalunya embodies the real Spain. In the south, around the Ebre Delta, the coast is not heavily built up, and small coastal towns like St Carles de la Rapita, L'Ampolla and L'Ametlla de Mar are stylish small resorts, each with many bars and restaurants, and with excellent Marina facilities for yachting and motor boating.

Inland, the area is largely agricultural with olives, almonds and oranges the principal crops, and there are bustling towns such as Amposta and Tortosa, as well as traditional Spanish villages. The roads are quiet, even the AP7 toll motorway is a pleasure to use, and there are beaches where if the mood takes you, you may drive on the sand for many kilometres, and stop to swim with no-one within a hundred metres on either side.
