One of the most difficult things for many when buying property overseas is to find local contractors who can be relied on to do good work at reasonable cost and in good time.
Because of our principal's background and experience as a surveyor, we felt that we could help our clients and others and so we have registered as contractors in Spain, and can undertake all renovation, extension and repair works. We also offer the provision of water and electricity installations away the mains.
Our workforce is mainly expatriate craftsmen and workers, though we use many Spanish subcontractors with whom we have established good relations.
Below we show some of the projects which we have recently completed.
