Farming update from Tortosa, southern Catalunya.
December 23rd 2008. The olive harvest is proving to be exceptionally abundant, and on our own farms, the quality is high. We have made two batches of oil for our own use, both classified 'Extra Virgin', one with acidity 0.7%, one with a super low acidity of 0.5%. We shall be using these through to the harvest next year.
